When placing an order, it's important to note that we may not be able to accommodate all special requests that you place in the order notes. Here are how we address some of the common requests:

Signature or No Signature on Delivery

Most orders for restricted products, particularly ammunition, will require a signature on delivery. If you request no signature, assuming that this is legally allowed in your state, we will ship the order from our own warehouse (versus direct from our supplier) which may add additional handling time to your order.

Request Delivery From a Specific Carrier

We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier (e.g UPS, FedEx or USPS) can be used to deliver your order. This is because of the way we fill orders from multiple different suppliers, using the cheapest available carrier based on the contents of your order. Ammunition, for example, cannot ship through USPS, whereas magazines or other items may ship from USPS if it is the cheapest available carrier.

Express Shipping

Because of current inconsistencies with UPS/FedEx/USPS delivery times, we do not currently offer express shipping.
