Welcome to the new home of Saint Barbs - This page contains important information for customers that may have placed orders prior to the change on the 16th of February.
Why the new website?
We outgrew our old website so have migrated to a new website platform to optimize performance, simplify navigation and purchasing, and allow us to expand our catalog. This also allows us to make a few other changes such as more ways to earn free shipping, and lower prices on some items.
Order Status and Tracking for Older Orders
All orders placed prior to the migration to the new site, before 2pm Pacific time on the 16th of February, will be completed on our old site and will be tracked using AfterShip. You'll continue to receive emails with order status until it is completed.
Reward Points
We're migrating all Barbs Rewards points over, and aim to have this completed by the 19th of February.
Accounts/Passwords/Shipping Information
We've migrated all accounts over for users that have placed an order in the last 12 months. Please note that you will need to reset your password, and should also confirm your address information is correct when placing a new order.
Order History
Due to the way the new site operates we have not migrated your order history over. If you require an invoice for an older order, placed after 16th February 2024, please contact us and we can forward the order confirmation email.
