We offer AfterShip Protection during checkout, which covers lost/damaged/stolen orders. You can read the full terms and conditions here. The cost starts at $1.50 per $100 of order value and claims are usually processed within 2-3 days of all required information being submitted.

If you did not choose to purchase AfterShip Protection, you can still submit a claim through the carrier that your order was shipped through, however it will be up to their discretion as to whether they will cover your order, and it can take up to 3 weeks to be resolved.

Once the carriers investigation is complete, and your package is confirmed as lost, we'll then either offer a refund, or replacement (if stock is available).
