All orders through Saint Barb's are fully insured, so if your order never arrives the quickest option to get things moving is to report this to whichever carrier we shipped it with. If you get stuck or would like our help then just Submit a Request and we'll help out.

We'll be notified that a package has gone missing, and provide any information that's requested to get it resolved. Sometimes this can take 1-2 weeks, but we're looking at other insurance options to reduce this.
Once the investigation is complete, and your package is confirmed as lost, we'll then either offer a refund or replacement (if stock is available).
