We offer package protection and insurance through AfterShip. You will see this option on all orders over $10 at checkout:
Pricing for insurance is $1.50 per $100, and covers the package from when it leaves our warehouse through to when it's successfully received. This includes being damaged in transit, stolen, porch piracy, delivered to the wrong address.
To submit a claim just go to our Order Tracking page, enter your order information and then click on 'Active'. You will only see Active after your order has shipped, and while the policy is still valid.
If you choose not to purchase AfterShip Protection and something does go wrong, you will need to work with the carrier who had your package to submit a claim using their processes.
