What do I do if I only received part of my order?Updated 2 months ago

Sometimes your order may ship in multiple different parts, depending on how large it is, or who has stock available. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for your order, and you can view these by following the instructions on Tracking Orders page or my going to My Orders in your account.

If your order is still listed as Processing, or Partially Shipped, that means there are still more shipments coming. As soon as they're sent we add in the tracking information.
