This list is based on our most current understanding of the various laws that apply to products we sell. Firearm laws are subject to frequent change and court interpretation. This summary is not intended as legal advice or restatement of law. If in doubt, refer to your local legislative or law enforcement agency website, or a licensed local attorney.

• Sometimes due to website, supplier, or other restrictions we may be unable to ship items to you that you believe are legal to possess. We are continually working to try and service every customer in the United States that can legally purchase our items.
• Many states have exemptions for active or retired Law Enforcement. We do not currently have an automated verification system in place, however you can reach out to us and we will attempt to manually verify your credentials.
• Many states use the term Assault Weapon when referring to specific features, or combinations of features, of a firearm. Where possible we have identified states with Assault Weapon bans and attempted to provide clarity on what that state defines as an Assault Weapon.
• Many states have specific requirements on what you will need to do/possess to pass the background check for transferring a firearm. We do not have those requirements listed here, so encourage you to familiarize yourself with the requirements first before commencing the purchase.
• Magazine capacity limits are for more than the limit. So if your state limit is 15 rounds, that means we can ship magazines with a capacity of 15 rounds or less, but cannot ship 16 rounds or more. 10 round limit means 10 round magazines are fine, 11 or more are not etc..

If your state has ID requirements for magazines or ammunition, you will be prompted at checkout to upload your ID (or select an FFL, depending on your state requirements). This is currently only active for ammunition orders to Illinois while we test the functionality. We have posted a guide here on how to upload documents during checkout.

In addition to the state based restrictions, the following federal restrictions apply (taken from https://www.nraila.org/articles/20040324/citizen-s-guide-to-federal-firearms-law):

The following classes of people are ineligible to possess, receive, ship, or transport firearms or ammunition:

• Those convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment for over one year, except state misdemeanors punishable by two years or less.
• Fugitives from justice.
• Unlawful users of certain depressant, narcotic, or stimulant drugs.
• Those adjudicated as mental defectives or incompetents or those committed to any mental institution.
• Illegal aliens.
• Citizens who have renounced their citizenship.
• Those persons dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
• Persons less than 18 years of age for the purchase of a shotgun or rifle.
• Persons less than 21 years of age for the purchase of a firearm that is other than a shotgun or rifle.
• Persons subject to a court order that restrains such persons from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner.
• Persons convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

Persons under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year are ineligible to receive, transport, or ship any firearm or ammunition. Under limited conditions, relief from disability may be obtained from the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, or through a pardon, expungement, restoration of rights, or setting aside of a conviction.

You must also ensure the company you choose to work with will accept ammunition shipments, as this can change at any time.

California firearms laws are extremely complex. We recommend consulting with your chosen FFL that will be completing the transfer, as they should have better local knowledge that us on what they can and cannot accept. California has an Assault Weapons ban - https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/regagunfaqs 

Before shipping your order we need to complete a California Firearms License Check. If there are any issues with your FFL as a result of this check, we'll be in touch.
